New House Rules
The apartments will be handed over clean and sanitized upon your arrival.
Self check-in and self check-out will be carried out with instructions sent online via email or W.App.
Clients will email ID of all occupants one week prior to arrival for registration.
Weekly cleaning and linen change and (pool towels) cleaned and sanitized every week.
Electricity: 100 kW. Free excess according to consumption at current costs.
The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance and cleaning from 20.30 to 08.00 in the morning. The swimming pool is not supervised and it is forbidden to dive. The management declines all responsibility.
Rules for the swimming pool: It is forbidden to bring mattresses, balls and water toys into the pool and the use of colored tanning creams, in order to keep the water clean and sanitized.
Only registered customers occupying the Fico and Ulivo villas are allowed in all common areas: swimming pool, parking, barbecue. Non-registered guests of villa clients will not be accepted in the swimming pool, nor their vehicles in the parking lot of the property. Smoking is allowed only in the external smoking areas equipped with ashtrays. Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00. Please inform us of your arrival time. In case of planes landing late we will wait for you until 10.00 pm at a cost of €. 20 for late check-in. After this time and until midnight, you will be charged €. 50.00 for extra late check-in. After midnight it will not be possible to check in for security reasons. Check-out will take place from 8.00 to 10.00, after this time you will be asked to pay for a new night. Extra final cleaning to be paid upon arrival in cash or through the booking agencies: Villa Ulivo €. 80- Villa Fico €. 120 . For both houses (Villa Ulivo and Villa Fico) €. 200. Sorry, no pets.
Electricity consumption 100 kWh free, difference payable at check-out cost.
Booking rules
At the time of booking, we will block the rental amount on your credit card with pre-authorization. Total payment 42 days before arrival.
Cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 42 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
